While we hope you love all your Anake items, should you find your purchase isn’t quite right we will do our best to find you another amazing piece or you can send it back for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. In order for a refund, items must be in original condition with tags attached.

All products are housed and shipped from Dallas, Tx.

Orders with Standard Shipping typically take between 1-3 business days to be processed and shipped. Expedited orders placed before 1:00 p.m. CT will be shipped the same day. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please plan accordingly for your delivery. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

All orders valued over $250 will require a signature upon delivery. This will help to ensure your package arrives safely.
